Bahr Property Management charges 9% of monthly rent collected — one of the most competitive rates in Colorado Springs. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no markups on maintenance. Tenant placement is a separate one-time fee of $1,000 or 3% of annual rent, whichever is greater.
